These R&D personnel put their hard-core efforts to upgrade the existing products and design new bitumen and other bituminous allied products.

Moreover, we spend significantly in R&D to achieve leadership in the field of waterproofing. Through continuous technology upgradation & process innovation, we strive to be at the forefront of the industry.

For a company that manufacture a wide variety of bitumen and other bituminous products, it has to have a state-of-the-art infrastructure with all types of modern equipments and machinery. We are backed by 2 manufacturing units, which are well equipped with different kinds of hi-tech machines. These manufacturing units are spread over a large sprawling area.

In order to meet the requirements of effective production and dispatch, we have segregated our manufacturing units into different divisions, which include:

• Material procurement department
• Production department
• Finishing department
• Packaging department
• Dispatch department

Our manufacturing units enable us to undertake and execute customized and bulk order production for our clients within the scheduled time. Apart from this, in order to remain at the forefront of our core domain, we persistently upgrade our machines and improve our proficiency in the field.

We are backed by a full fledged and spacious warehouse, which is installed with all modem facilities. This warehousing unit enables us to store all bituminous products in large volumes and in a safe & secure manner. Apart from this, we have segregated our warehousing unit in various divisions to keep all chemicals in liquid & powder forms separately.

In order to handle any type of emergency situations, we have installed fool proof security and fire extinguishing systems. We undertake different precautionary measures including temperature regulation, hygiene and other safety aspects to avoid any adverse condition.

Further, our packaging personnel are well versed with the effective and optimum use of modern packing machinery, which allows us to pack all products in a proper packaging. We use finest quality of packaging materials to avoid any damage during the transit.

Our Infrastructure area is 26000 square feet.
